As reported by Myskal Niyazbek kyzy, the leading specialist of the Kochkor district probation office, the program was adopted in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers' decree dated July 16, 2025, under number 417. According to this document, the Probation Department developed a unique methodology. From July 30 to November 5, one of the participants underwent a correction course.
This course includes three stages: introductory, main, and final, and consists of 15 classes held once a week.
Myskal Niyazbek kyzy noted that difficulties were expected at the beginning of the lessons; however, the participant showed active interest and did not miss a single class.
Additionally, this year in the Kochkor district, according to the order of the Probation Department dated July 16, a project has started to implement a general rehabilitation program for probation clients who have been ordered by the court to undergo a resocialization course. Currently, classes are being held with one group of four people, she added.
