The first on the list is the head of the Jumgal regional department, Kenjekazakov Tolubai Mutalipovich, who has held his position since May 7, 1996. After transforming his department into a regional financial management department of the Ministry of Finance, he continues to lead this institution.
Aida Asanbekovna Abdykerimova has been the director of the Jumgal Musical and Dramatic Theater named after Kalik Akiev since 2013, when she came to the theater from the education sector. Thus, she has been in this position for about 12 years.
Also in 2013, Chuteev Sharipbek was appointed as the director of the Children's School of Arts named after Chynara Duyisheva, and he has been leading this institution for approximately 13 years.
It should be noted that there has been no rotation of management personnel in the mentioned institutions for 5–10 years.
