During the inspection, it was found that the drivers lacked the necessary documents confirming the legality of the cargo transportation, such as a waybill or receipt.
According to preliminary data, these vehicles had not been weighed in the Kara-Keche area, and the coal was purchased in local settlements.
“Possible violations may negatively affect the new road surfaces, contribute to unauthorized coal removal, and complicate the distribution of social fuel. The numbers of the detained vehicles are: 01 KG 206 BF, 01 KG 680 AB,” the official statement reports.
At OJSC "Kyrgyzkomur," it was confirmed that control will be carried out jointly with traffic police inspectors. Necessary measures are being taken regarding the detained vehicles in strict accordance with the legislation.
