He emphasized the importance of children starting their education in the 1st and 2nd grades. "I call them the 'Altyn Kazyq' generation, which means 'the generation of the North Star.' They will be the future leaders of our state and will lead Kyrgyzstan to prosperity and cultural revival," noted Baisalov.
According to him, the teacher is at the center of the educational process, transforming state decisions into the destinies of children. He also stressed that the responsibility for education should be shared: schools and parents must work together as partners.
The official also highlighted the main directions of the reform:
“No successful reform in the world has started with a perfect solution. They all began with choosing a direction. We have chosen this path,” concluded Edil Baisalov.
