It is known that the first part of the crossing was built and opened in 2018, while the second part was put into operation in 2019. The polycarbonate roof coverings have faded in the sun over time, leading to the need for a complete roof replacement this year.
The head of the capital construction department of the Manas city administration, Arapbay Mamatjan uulu, stated: “This year, 10 million soms were allocated from the city budget for the roof renovation. The tender was won by the company OsOO 'Stroy Elektro', which offered a sum of 9 million 985 thousand 788 soms. At the time of acceptance, there were no leaks. However, after a recent snowfall, due to insufficient sealing of the glass, the accumulated snow began to melt, and water started to seep into the crossing. In this regard, a working group went to the site, and the contracting organization is already addressing the deficiencies. The work will be completed within 2-3 days.”
It is worth noting that the first part of the underground crossing was built in 2018 using 19 million soms from the local budget. The tender was won by the company OsOO 'Safari', which offered 13 million soms. The length of the crossing is 30 meters, the width is 6 meters, and the depth is from 5 to 6 meters.
The second part of the crossing was opened in May 2019, with 26 million 878 thousand soms allocated from the city budget for its construction.
According to data from the Ministry of Justice, the director of OsOO 'Stroy Elektro' is Kadyraliev Daulet Azhimurzaevich, and the founders are Tazov Akylbek Aitmurzayevich and Shatmanov Aibatbek Orozbekovich. The main area of activity of the company is wholesale trade. It was registered on April 3, 2018.
The head of OsOO 'Safari' is Ergeshbay uulu Kursantbek, and the founder is Mamatmusa uulu Kanybek. This company specializes in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings, was registered on September 15, 2005, and underwent re-registration on December 30, 2020.
