From December 19 to 25, the CAVA Cup was held in Male, the capital of the Republic of Maldives, where the women's national team of Kyrgyzstan took first place.
In the final, the Kyrgyz team achieved a confident victory over the Maldives national team with a score of 3:1, winning the main prize of the tournament.
On their way to the final, the Kyrgyz team first defeated the national teams of Bangladesh and Afghanistan. Despite losing to the Maldives in the group stage, they managed to regain their confidence and won against Afghanistan in the semifinals, which allowed them to reach the decisive match.
The CAVA Cup competitions featured national teams from Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and the Maldives.
