The most popular services included the issuance of certificates of tax and insurance contribution arrears, which were utilized by 370.4 thousand individuals. Additionally, 274.4 thousand citizens requested confirmation and restoration of access to their taxpayer cabinet.
Services for patent registration and payment of insurance contributions were used by 238.3 thousand taxpayers, while 143.9 thousand inquired about registration and re-registration issues. 64.5 thousand received decisions on the confirmation or denial of the import of goods and payment of indirect taxes. Furthermore, 69.8 thousand citizens availed themselves of other types of services.
Additionally, from January to November 2025, the STS call center provided consultations on various tax issues to 173.5 thousand taxpayers.
