According to information provided by the automated platform, more than 1,200 citizens of Kyrgyzstan have applied for vouchers for preschool education. Of these, only 571 applications were approved, and as a result, 475 children are already attending kindergartens thanks to the vouchers. A total of 258 educational institutions are participating in the testing of this mechanism.

The government plans to issue 1,000 vouchers across the country, with a particular focus on children from socially vulnerable groups. This initiative is aimed at supporting families in difficult circumstances.

The voucher represents a minimum amount guaranteed by the state, allocated for each child.
Each voucher has a base value of 2,000 soms per month. However, additional coefficients are provided. For example, for children from low-income families, the amount is 3,100 soms, and for children with disabilities, it is 4,560 soms. In hard-to-reach and mountainous areas, such as the Batken region, special regional coefficients apply.

According to the Ministry of Education, 4,032,800 soms have been allocated for the implementation of the pilot project on voucher financing for preschool education.
The voucher issuance system for preschool education is fully automated on the "Balalyk" platform.
