
The ceremony for the introduction of new leaders of two national cardiology institutions took place in Kyrgyzstan, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health. The event was held on January 23 with the participation of the First Deputy Minister of Health Aibek Matkerimov and Deputy Minister Bakytbek Kadyraliev.
According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic, Talant Eraliyev has been appointed as the head of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after M. Mirrakhimov.
As for the Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation, it will be headed by Jalil Sheishenov.
Speaking to the staff, Aibek Matkerimov emphasized the importance of improving management discipline and the quality of cardiological care. He noted that previously identified issues require prompt solutions and expressed confidence that the new team will be able to ensure high organization of processes and improve clinical outcomes.
It is worth noting that the new appointments occurred after the dismissal of the previous leaders of the NCC and the RIHST, which was the result of an inspection conducted on January 23.
