The City Department of Architectural and Construction Supervision in Bishkek discovered construction sites that are not registered in the official registry and do not possess a single passport.
As a result of the inspections, the absence of passports was established for the following objects:
- 1/7 Ankara Street;
- 156 and 37 Tokmok Street.
In connection with the identified violations, appropriate administrative measures were taken against the companies LLC Level, Ai-Group, and A-Plus, which are engaged in construction. The verification process is ongoing.

A single passport is a document that certifies the legality of a construction site and contains a QR code, as well as all necessary information about the object. It must be produced in a standardized format and placed at each construction site across the country.
