According to the city administration, the owners of the structures located on this territory have started the process of voluntary dismantling.
The return of this asset became possible after an inspection revealed serious violations of legislation. It was established that the plot was transferred to private hands in violation of a presidential decree from 1995, which prohibits the sale of social infrastructure facilities.
As a result of the inspection, the State National Security Committee confiscated the land from private individuals and returned it to the municipality of the city.
The city administration emphasizes that the return of this plot is part of a broader program to restore the city's rights to illegally privatized lands and social facilities. Authorities state their intention to continue similar work in the future.
