As a result of the raid, five tank trucks with smuggled fuel were seized
The State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted a raid in the Osh region aimed at identifying instances of illegal trade in fuel and lubricants.
During the inspection, mobile sales points for fuel were discovered, where five tank trucks were used to carry out retail sales without the necessary permits and in unauthorized locations.
As a result of these actions, the owners of the tank trucks were held administratively liable, the vehicles were placed in a penalty parking lot, and the smuggled fuel was confiscated. All case materials have been forwarded to the judicial authorities for further proceedings.
Representatives of the State Tax Service emphasized that such raids to identify illegal sales of fuel will continue.
The tax service also reminded that, in accordance with current legislation, the sale of petroleum products is permitted only at gas stations and filling stations, where cash registers, specialized equipment, and automated accounting systems must be installed.
