As it became known, this initiative "Teach for Kyrgyzstan – Zamanbap Mughalim" is aimed at supporting school education in the regions and preparing a new generation of teacher-leaders.
Participants in the program will receive free master's degree training organized in collaboration with the International University of Central Asia. The training combines online formats and in-person sessions. Upon completion of the program, graduates will receive a state diploma and an international master's diploma.
The course offers official employment, a scholarship, mentorship from experienced educators, and methodological support. Participants will be able to implement their educational projects and join the international Teach For All network.
Those invited to participate include:
- individuals with higher education;
- candidates willing to work in regional schools for at least two years;
- motivated specialists eager to work with children and pursue professional development.
Earlier, Edil Baisalov pointed out the need to dismiss 15-20% of ineffective teachers, who could be replaced by other specialists who have undergone short-term training courses. He discussed this topic with the Minister of Education.
