According to information from the Osh city administration, Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev has issued an order for the demolition of a four-story building owned by Alimzhan Baigazakov, a former vice mayor and current auditor of the Accounts Chamber.

Today, the mayor, along with representatives of relevant services, conducted a morning raid during which they inspected the facility located on Tilek Baatyra Street, near the old bus station.

Municipal authorities claim that the building was constructed within the boundaries of the old bus station and in the water protection zone of the Ak-Buura River without the necessary permits.

The city administration noted that the building's owner had repeatedly been issued orders for its demolition, but no actions have been taken so far.

Toktorbaev also instructed the demolition of neighboring structures, including the old bus station No. 1, which has long lost its functionality.

Additionally, the city administration reminded that under the mayor's leadership, the hotel facility "Kristall," located on an adjacent plot and also linked to Baigazakov, had previously been demolished.
