The mayor of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, issued an order for the demolition of a four-story building owned by Alimzhan Baigazakov, who previously held the position of deputy mayor and is currently an auditor of the Accounts Chamber. This information was announced at the local mayor's office.

Today, the mayor, along with representatives of relevant services, conducted a morning inspection during which he examined the property located on Tilek Baatyra Street, near the old bus station.

According to the municipality, this building was constructed on the territory of the old bus station and within the water protection zone of the Ak-Buura River without the necessary permits.

The mayor's office emphasized that the owner had been repeatedly sent official notices for demolition; however, the building has not yet been dismantled.

Additionally, the mayor ordered the demolition not only of this structure but also of other nearby buildings, including the old bus station No. 1, which has long ceased to fulfill its original functions.

The city administration also reminded that earlier, by the mayor's directive, the "Kristall" hotel complex located near this site, which is also associated with the former deputy mayor, was demolished.
