The Minister expressed gratitude to the diplomat for his significant contribution to strengthening bilateral relations. Aibek Artykbaev, who became the first ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Mongolia, actively promoted the development of cooperation, which allowed the relationship to reach the level of "comprehensive partnership".
During this meeting, Batmunkh Battsereg presented Artykbaev with the honorary award "Altyn Gerege" from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, wishing him success in his future endeavors.
Aibek Artykbaev, in turn, expressed appreciation for the support he received from the government of Mongolia, as well as for the warm attitude from the Mongolian people throughout his tenure.
It is worth noting that diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan were established on April 22, 1992, and since 2025, the countries have continued to develop their cooperation in the format of "comprehensive partnership".
