During the trip, the mayor familiarized himself with the reconstruction plan for Manas Avenue, which includes the construction of a new road interchange and the extension of Mederov Street along the Ala-Archa River. The project also includes the construction of Tabaldiev Street. Work is expected to begin in the spring of 2026, after which Mederov Street will become a two-lane road along its entire length to Manas Avenue.
“The mayor instructed the relevant services to prepare alternative routes for traffic in advance during the construction work, conduct an inspection of facilities in the water protection zone, and develop a reference plan for residential buildings in this area. After that, the mayor visited MP 'Bishkeksvet', where he reviewed various options for outdoor lighting poles from different manufacturers. He chose 8.5-meter tall poles made in China. Similar structures have already been installed on the Young Guard Boulevard from Bokonbaeva Street to Jibek Jolu Avenue,” the press release states.

Additionally, the mayor reviewed Kronshtadtskaya Street, where the road is planned to be extended from Messarosh Street to Fuchik Street.
During the inspection of sanitary trimming on Vasilievsky Tract, instructions were given to intensify work on clearing the edges of the roadway, raising tree canopies, and creating conditions for the future installation of lighting poles.
