Tumonbaev noted that the information presented by Oruntaev caused public concern.
At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Akylbek Tumonbaev expressed the opinion that the data from the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services Nurdana Oruntaev regarding the salaries of employees of the Ministry's subordinate institutions, reaching 500,000 soms, has caused unrest in society.
"Citizens report that such incomes contribute to the increase in housing prices. While medical workers, teachers, and other specialists earn around 30,000 soms, they are showing salaries of 500,000 soms. Therefore, this issue requires discussion in the committee," Tumonbaev added.
He appealed to the relevant committee to investigate the reasons for such high salaries of the Ministry of Construction employees.
