To do this, it is necessary to visit the official website agro.gov.kg, go to the "Services" section, and select "Buy Fishing Ticket," or use the direct link "Fishing Ticket" — https://rb.agro.gov.kg/, by scanning the ELQR code presented on the page. Payment is available through any bank mobile applications or electronic wallets.
After successful payment, the electronic ticket will be sent to the email address provided during registration and will be valid throughout the country.
The introduction of this system has simplified the ticket purchasing process, making it accessible to citizens from all regions, and has also contributed to the reduction of paper document usage.
In the future, further development of electronic services and enhanced control over compliance with fishing catch limits is planned, which will help preserve biodiversity and ensure the sustainable use of natural resources.
