To improve the organization of fishing events, agreements have been signed with public associations representing hunters and fishermen, as well as with limited liability companies.
With the support of the department, the state enterprise "AgroSmart" has developed and implemented the "electronic fishing ticket" system. This system is available on the official website of the ministry in the "Services" section and through the payment operator MegaPay, which has significantly simplified the process of purchasing tickets and made it more accessible for citizens across the republic, reducing the need for paper documentation.

In the first nine months of the current year, the total sales of fishing tickets and cards exceeded 11 million 859 thousand soms, which is significantly more than in the same period of 2024, when it amounted to over 2 million 655 thousand soms.
Department representatives note that the growing interest in sport and amateur fishing is due not only to the simplification of procedures but also to the improvement of the culture of responsible management of aquatic biological resources.
In the future, it is planned to continue the development of electronic services and strengthen control over compliance with fish catch limits, which will help preserve biodiversity and ensure the sustainable use of natural resources.
