Akayev noted: "Serious questions have accumulated in society regarding the cabinet concerning driver's licenses, rising prices, and other relevant topics. People are unhappy. Reforms are not being carried out this way. These are not real reforms; this is 'ephemeral reform.' This approach needs to be reconsidered."
He added that together with the cabinet, led by the chairman, they will be able to discuss how reforms are being implemented in other countries and share useful resources on this matter.
