Construction work has started on Shopokova Street
Information about the beginning of the hotel construction opposite the Central Department Store (TSUM) in Bishkek was received from the Urban Planning Council.
Local residents have noticed that active construction work is underway on the site, including excavation for the foundation.
According to the architectural department, a multifunctional hotel building with 14 floors, an underground parking lot, and various restaurants and cafes is planned to be built at the address Shopokova Street, 121.
Previously, the building of the Sverdlovsk District Prosecutor's Office was located on this site.
Additionally, it is worth noting that a shopping complex called "Old Bishkek" is also being constructed in close proximity to the new building site.
