According to the case materials, on October 22, a video was published on one of the Telegram channels where she used offensive language and profanity, making negative comments about Kyrgyz and Kazakh people.
It was previously reported that in late October, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan placed Ekaterina Bivol on the wanted list in connection with a criminal case related to her social media posts containing offensive remarks about representatives of other nationalities. In turn, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan also began a preliminary investigation into this case.
