“In recent years, the enterprise, responsible for providing all medical institutions in the country with affordable and quality medicines and medical products, has faced a systemic crisis. Although funding is available, its effectiveness is extremely low. Purchases are delayed, and as a result, hospitals and the population do not receive vital medications and equipment on time,” the minister noted in his statement.
Dosmambetov also emphasized the need to reform the logistics and pharmacy network "El Aman."
The immediate plans of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzpharmacia" include obtaining a state loan of 2 billion soms, of which 500 million will be directed towards the development of the pharmacy network "El Aman," with the aim of providing the population with affordable and quality medications. At the same time, the establishment of a centralized service unit for the maintenance of medical equipment will be organized, and medical engineers will be introduced into hospitals.
