On January 29, Baktiyar Aliev, head of the Social Fund, presented the automated information system. It is designed to modernize the Fund's operations, increasing its efficiency, improving the quality of service for citizens, and reducing the processing time for applications, which will also help lower the level of corruption.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers, the new system will significantly simplify the pension application process, freeing citizens from the need to collect paper documents. Information will be automatically gathered, which will speed up the review of applications and ensure a high level of personal data protection and counteraction to cyber threats.
