The purpose of the visit was to familiarize himself with the implementation of the investment project concerning the construction of the second phase of the factory. The total investment in the project, including the initial and subsequent phases, amounts to $40 million.
As part of the second phase, the following activities are planned:
- expansion of existing production capacities;
- construction of additional sewing workshops;
- opening of a modern dyeing workshop.
The implementation of this phase will establish a complete production cycle—from the manufacture of textile fabric to the tailoring of finished products. This will significantly reduce dependence on textile imports and increase the level of localization of production.

The expansion of the factory will lead to the creation of more than 600 new jobs, which will be a significant contribution to the economic development of both the Kara-Suu district and the Osh region as a whole.
Ravshanbek Sabirov emphasized the importance of this project for the growth of the light industry in Kyrgyzstan and expressed the government's readiness to support investment initiatives aimed at regional development and job creation.
It is worth noting that the factory was opened in 2024, and it was reported that once it reaches full capacity, it intends to export its products to the Middle East, North Africa, the European Union, and the CIS.
