On the morning of February 2, three visually impaired individuals found themselves in a difficult situation at a traffic light intersection. They were a bit confused and couldn't immediately cross the street when the red signal was on. After waiting for the green light, they continued to move. A concerned driver helped them cross the road.
It should be noted that in Bishkek, sound traffic lights for visually impaired pedestrians are not installed at all locations, and tactile indicators are also absent.
