He demanded 2,000 US dollars for freeing them from actual imprisonment. According to the GKNB, this employee was essentially "trading" justice, thereby undermining trust in the system of state power and anti-corruption policies in the country.
The operation to detain him took place on February 1. He was caught red-handed while receiving 140,000 soms. He is currently in the GKNB detention center, and the investigation is determining whether his corrupt activities were a result of personal initiative or if an organized group was operating in the area.
