The president commented on reforms in the driver training system
During the discussion of reforms in the driver training system, President Sadyr Japarov shared his thoughts on the matter.
He noted that he himself underwent training at a DOSAAF driving school for six months, dedicating time to it every day.
Japarov recalled how they were taught: "We were placed by the car and asked questions about the location of various parts — where the starter, radiator, battery, and driveshaft are located. Nowadays, many driving schools limit themselves to just showing pictures to young people. The technical base was illegally privatized. There were more than 70 DOSAAF driving schools, and one general managed to appropriate almost all of them. More than 30 of them were sold, and 40 were leased out, which brings him profit," he reported. Additionally, the president emphasized that the state will continue efforts to reclaim lost property.
