At a meeting with traders at the Osh market, the head of the president's office, Kanbek Tumanbaev, received a stern reprimand from President Sadyr Japarov for his emotional behavior during the conversation. This was reported by the press secretary of the head of state, Askhat Alagozov, on social media, referencing his posts.

President Japarov emphasized the importance of maintaining a polite and cultured approach when communicating with citizens, highlighting the need for restraint. He urged all public servants to engage in respectful dialogues with the population.
