In the upcoming year 2026, it is planned to launch new online services through the portal and mobile application. These services include:
- exchange of civil passports;
- submission of applications for marriage and its dissolution;
- issuance of a certificate of residence;
- improvement of existing online services.
Also among the tasks set is the fight against corruption. In this regard, disciplinary measures have been applied to a number of heads of CPS in the Osh, Chui, and Issyk-Kul regions, as well as in Bishkek, including warnings, reprimands, and strict warnings about personal responsibility.
