Kyrgyzstani wushu athletes won 54 medals at the 'Piki Tianshanya' Games.


The national team of Kyrgyzstan in wushu demonstrated outstanding results at the international wushu kung fu competitions held in Almaty as part of the third Martial Arts Games "Piki Tianshanya".

According to the Traditional Wushu Federation, our athletes won 54 medals, including 18 gold, 17 silver, and 19 bronze.

Among the winners were athletes such as Erik Abdildaev, Andrey Borisov, Elina Isakova, Egor Leontyev, Saadat Kasymalieva, Elima Temirbekova, Almyra Kasmakhunova, Adilet Aydarov, Edil Muratbek uulu, Amina Alimzhanova, Philipp Oplachkin, Narina Narynbekova, and Eles Kokumbek kyzy.

The competitions featured representatives from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan, and the organization of the tournament was supported by the World Association of Traditional Wushu.

The Kyrgyzstan team prepared under the guidance of experienced coaches Yevgeny Lopatkin and Natalia Neshcheret, and included athletes from various clubs and sports schools across the country.

These Games became an important stage in preparation for international competitions, such as the World and Asian Championships, as well as the 2026 Youth Olympic Games, where wushu will be included in the program for the first time.
