The company emphasized that every customer is required to report data monthly in accordance with the established rules for the use of natural gas.
Some subscribers simply forget about this, while others do not do it because they do not use gas.Company specialists remind that even if the readings have not changed, they still need to be reported.
"According to current regulations, if readings are not submitted, the payment is calculated based on the average monthly consumption. If data is not submitted for more than three months, 'Gazprom Kyrgyzstan' has the right to charge based on established norms, which may lead to the need for recalculation," the organization noted.
To avoid unnecessary problems, subscribers are recommended to report their readings between the 15th and 30th of each month. This can be done in several ways:
- through the mobile application "Gazprom Kyrgyzstan";
- in the personal account on the website gazprom.kg;
- by calling the contact center at 4444 (calls from mobile are free);
- via WhatsApp: 0701 68 07 07;
- using the chatbot @gazpromkg_bot on Telegram.
