The company reminds that every customer is required to submit meter data every month in accordance with the Rules for the Supply and Use of Natural Gas.
It is important to report readings even if they have not changed.
“If a subscriber is absent from their residence and does not use gas, they should notify the company by leaving a corresponding statement in their personal account on the gazprom.kg website or through the mobile application,” the company representatives added.
According to current regulations, if meter readings are not submitted, charges will be based on average monthly consumption. In the absence of data for more than three months, Gazprom Kyrgyzstan may charge for consumed volumes based on established norms, which may lead to the need for recalculation.
To avoid unnecessary hassle, it is recommended to submit readings from the 15th to the 30th of each month. There are several ways to do this:
- through the Gazprom Kyrgyzstan mobile application;
- in the subscriber's personal account on the gazprom.kg website;
- by calling the contact center at 4444 (calls from mobile are free);
- via WhatsApp at the number 0701680707;
- in the @gazpromkg_bot chatbot on Telegram.
