He noted that applications can be submitted both in person and through a mobile application; however, this does not affect the speed of connection.
“Considering the seasonality, we advise subscribers to carry out gas connection or meter relocation work during the warm season—summer. In this case, the process can take only five to six days, which is faster than the established timeframe. Nevertheless, many subscribers start submitting applications at the beginning of the heating season (October-November), when all teams are busy preparing for winter,” Aldayev noted.
He added that there are 600 cabinet gas regulation points located in Bishkek.
“These points need to be regularly adjusted depending on temperature fluctuations so that subscribers can receive gas without interruptions. During the winter period, teams are busy addressing leaks and emergencies, and at the same time, new subscribers need to be connected. Therefore, it is not always possible to install gas according to the regulations during the cold season, and this does not depend on the method of application submission,” explained the Deputy General Director.
