The Call center Kaktus.media has received complaints from several subscribers of "Bishkekgaz" regarding long queues in the department responsible for replacing gas meters.

Users report that the calibration commission works only once a week — on Tuesdays, and not throughout the entire day, but only from 1:00 PM.

People who need meter replacements (due to various malfunctions) start lining up from 8 AM. By around 2-3 PM, the number of people waiting can reach almost 100, and the process of servicing one person takes about 10 minutes. According to subscribers, waiting for their turn can stretch over several weeks.

Instead of keeping several security guards, they should hire a few more metrologists.

Today, January 27, the situation worsened due to the absence of the chief engineer, who was either absent or in a meeting, while his presence is crucial for the commission's work.


As reported by Kaktus.media, the gas meter calibration commission indeed meets on Tuesdays starting at 1:00 PM. During the heating season, there is an increase in the number of requests, which sometimes leads to conflicts. Nevertheless, the commission promises to serve all subscribers within the day. Currently, the situation has stabilized, and all who arrived will be served.
