At the National Academy of the Kyrgyz Football Union, an intensive seminar has concluded, lasting four days and dedicated to the implementation of the international standard ISO 9001. The training involved 21 leaders from various departments, which is part of the preparation for the introduction of a quality management system.
The ISO 9001 standard aims for a radical optimization of internal processes and the implementation of a modern risk-oriented approach to football management in the country. It is expected that the transition to new regulations will significantly enhance the overall efficiency of the organization and ensure the stability of all administrative procedures.
The final stage of the training program was a written test to assess the knowledge acquired. Specialists who demonstrated high results will soon receive certificates confirming their qualifications in the field of quality management.
