The Land Use Control Department of the Bishkek mayor's office has decided to dismantle part of the café "Al Bukhari," located on Tynalieva Street. This was reported by the municipal press service.
This decision to demolish is based on the conclusions of the commission dealing with land allocation issues: the lease agreement has been terminated, which implies the release of the property.
As a result of these actions, 340 square meters of municipal land will be freed up.
These works are being carried out as part of efforts to restore order in land use and to comply with urban planning legislation.
