The Agency actively supported investors in resolving various issues, such as:
- additional tax assessments by tax authorities;
- refusals by local authorities to provide or extend land plots;
- illegal inspections by law enforcement agencies and other issues.
The National Agency is engaged in providing legal consultations and clarifying existing legislative norms, which allows investors to respond promptly to emerging problems. An expert assessment of investment agreements has also been conducted to ensure their compliance with the law and to protect the interests of all parties, as well as regulatory legal acts in the field of investment activities.
On May 12, 2025, the National Agency integrated into the automated information system "Investor Complaint Registry" of the General Prosecutor's Office. This was a significant step towards increasing the transparency of processes and improving inter-agency cooperation in the field of protecting investors' rights.
