Previously, the authorities noted that the work at this site was carried out with deviations from the approved project solution.
According to the city administration, the constructed object did not comply with the agreed sketch project and had not been discussed at the meetings of the urban planning council. Construction work was carried out in violation of established urban planning norms.
As a result of the identified violations, the developer, LLC "Central Aizhan Trade Company," was issued a directive to independently dismantle the structure within three days. If this requirement is not met, the city services will carry out the demolition.
Representatives of the construction company have not yet commented on the situation, while TSUM previously stated that it has no relation to this construction.
