Residents of neighboring apartments contacted the service with complaints about an unpleasant odor and unsanitary conditions. An inspection conducted in the apartment revealed a significant accumulation of household waste, packaging, old belongings, and dirt, which occupied a large part of the living space. To resolve the issue, utility workers worked for several hours, manually carrying out the garbage and loading it into special equipment. The apartment owner was issued a notice to comply with sanitary standards.
The city hall noted that in case of repeated violations, administrative measures will be taken.
