According to the ministry's press service, members of the working group, representatives of the National Council for the Development of Virtual Assets and Blockchain Technologies, the Association of Virtual Asset Market Participants, and representatives of higher educational institutions participated in the meeting.
During the meeting, the results of the three previous sessions were discussed, and a "roadmap" was presented, along with a list of new specialties that are planned to be opened. The key areas include blockchain technologies, cryptography, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Participants also paid attention to the professional development of the teaching staff.
Proposals on this issue were voiced by representatives of the Kyrgyz National University, Osh State University, Kyrgyz State Technical University, and Kyrgyz Economic University, as well as the Academy of Public Administration.
The initiatives were grouped into three main areas:
- training specialists with relevant skills;
- professional development of teachers;
- integration of new fields into university educational programs.
The goal of implementing these measures is to strengthen the country's human resource potential, accelerate digital transformation, and prepare competitive specialists in the field of modern technologies.
