Among the proposals is a reduction in the time for certification and registration from one month to ten working days. There are also plans to allow exams to be conducted via videoconferencing for candidates from remote regions, the introduction of electronic certificates, and the formation of an appeals commission for those who disagree with the results of the certification.
Qualification confirmation will take place in two stages:
- testing, which includes 30 questions to be completed in 40 minutes;
- an interview to assess theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Results will be evaluated on a five-point scale, and a minimum score of 3.6 is required to pass successfully.
