The gathered youth, dressed in ak kalpaks and holding flags, marched through the main streets of the city. The participants of the event noted that this occasion symbolizes respect for the state symbols and cultural traditions of the people.

The Plenipotentiary Representative of the President in the Batken region, Aibek Shamenov, congratulated the local residents on the holidays. He noted that the State Flag symbolizes the history, cultural values, and the hope of the Kyrgyz people for the future. The ak kalpak is a significant heritage left by ancestors, embodying wisdom, purity, and dignity.
“We must unite under our sacred flag, wear the ak kalpak with pride, and continue to work for the good of our country,” emphasized Aibek Shamenov.
