During a working trip by the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Damirbek Osmonov, to the regions of Osh and Jalal-Abad, unregistered medicines were discovered at the pharmacy point of OsOO Neman-Pharm that are not listed in the Electronic database of medical devices and medicines. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.
The inspection was aimed at checking the operation of the Electronic database, including the module responsible for the traceability of medications.
Specialists authorized for this control compiled a report on the identified violations.
The Minister noted that all participants in pharmaceutical activities, regardless of their organizational and legal form, are required to comply with the registration and digital traceability requirements for medicines.
In his opinion, every drug in circulation within the country must be reflected in the electronic traceability system. This is necessary to enhance transparency in the pharmaceutical market, ensure compliance with legislation, and protect patients' rights.
