According to their reports, the target of the attack was a desalination plant located on Iranian territory. The Ynet publication emphasizes that this strike should be viewed as a warning to Tehran, especially in light of its ongoing attacks on Gulf states.
Earlier, the UAE Ministry of Defense reported that in the past 24 hours, Iran launched 17 ballistic missiles and 117 drones towards the Emirates. According to the ministry, since the escalation of the conflict, there have been 238 rocket attacks and 1422 drone launches from the Iranian side.
It has also been reported that an Iranian drone caused damage to a desalination facility in Bahrain, which is responsible for more than 60 percent of the country's drinking water supply.
The Ynet publication points out that at this stage, the UAE's involvement in military actions may be limited. However, in the event of further escalation of the conflict and an increase in attacks from Iran, the Emirates may expand their role in this confrontation.
