The press service of the Bishkek mayor's office reports that the northern section of the bridge on Jibek Jolu Avenue will be opened on March 10.
Previously, the width of the bridge was 9 meters, but after the reconstruction, this figure has increased to 13 meters.
Considering the worsening weather conditions and for the convenience of residents, one side of the bridge will be opened for traffic. The second side is expected to be ready for opening by the end of March.
Currently, specialized services continue to work on completing the entire reconstruction process.
