OJSC "Tunduk" commented on citizens' inquiries regarding changes in pension savings amounts in the mobile application and explained how the service works.

According to information from the company, "Tunduk" acts as a technical operator and provides digital access to government services. The organization clarified that it does not store, process, or modify data about citizens' pension accounts.

As noted by OJSC "Tunduk," the data displayed in the application comes directly from the departmental database of the authorized body in real-time.

The company also emphasized that all changes in pension savings amounts, including recalculations, annual capitalization of interest, and technical updates, occur on the side of the information source. "Tunduk" merely transmits the data provided by the relevant agency at the time of the request.

The OJSC also added that there is no possibility for technical intervention in this data by the company.

Citizens who notice discrepancies in the displayed amounts are advised to contact the Social Fund of Kyrgyzstan for detailed information and official clarifications. The hotline is available at 1202.

The company added that its main task is to ensure convenient and quick access to information, and for questions regarding the methodology of accruals and the accuracy of balances, it is recommended to contact specialists from the relevant agency.
