According to the information from the press service of the Supreme Court, Satyiev emphasized the serious shortcomings identified in some courts during trips to the regions and final meetings with local judicial authorities. He pointed out that among 441 judges of local courts, the justice performance indicators were low for 137 of them, which constitutes 31% of the total number of judges.
During the event, the names of the best judges and courts that demonstrated outstanding results during the reporting period were announced. Judges who won the "Best Judge of the Year" nomination will receive cash prizes from the Development and Encouragement Fund of the Supreme Court:
- 1st place - Cholpon Naziridinova, judge of the Sverdlovsk District Court of Bishkek - 250,000 soms;
- 2nd place - Azamat Tilemishov, chairman of the Toktogul District Court of Jalal-Abad region - 200,000 soms;
- 3rd place - Adylbek Esenbaev, judge of the Bishkek City Court - 150,000 soms.
