It was previously reported that the construction work being carried out at this site did not comply with the approved project solutions. Representatives of the city services noted that the work was being done with deviations from the agreed parameters, which violates urban planning requirements.
After the violations were discovered, the developer — LLC "Central Aizhan Trade Company" — was issued a directive to independently dismantle the structure within three days.
